About Us

Lola Sergeant, Founder / CEO

Lola has a BS in engineering from Cornell University and a MBA from the Wharton School.  Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a leader in transforming start-up, rapidly growing, turnaround, and maturing for-profit and nonprofit organizations to realize their strategic mission and performance goals. Lola has now turned her attention to one of her greatest passions-- the sports of track and field. Lola has participated in the sport as a competitor, a parent, a coach, and an official. She is a Penn Relays Master official having served more than 25 years in that role and a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach.  Lola knows, first hand, that participation in track and field can be a catalyst for success in life.

Through decades of involvement in age group track and field, she has witnessed hundreds of student athletes from underserved communities go on to become doctors, lawyers, professors,  coaches, engineers and entrepreneurs.  She also knows that there are many hard working, disciplined athletes from these same communities who do not get the chance to reach their full potential because of a lack of access. Prep Set Go was created to empower these student athletes to reach their full potential. Prep Set Go provides a pathway for highly accomplished student athletes to access and earn collegiate athletic scholarships.
